Fans ofBarbiearen’t the only ones who are in love withAmerica Ferrera’s red carpet looks.
On Sunday, Ferrera, 39, recapped her look from the2024 SAG Awardsred carpet onInstagram, showing off her custom black silk and wool Dior Haute Couture dress that featured white organza sleeves.
She also playfully highlighted the moments that her husband, Ryan Piers Williams, supported her at the SAG Awards, writing that it was a “love story in five pictures.”
In the caption for the photo gallery, Ferrera shared that Williams, 42, can be seen giving her “the look” and that she was upset after he wouldn’t “kiss [me] in a photo” before she decided to “forgive him and get silly,” as she stuck out her tongue for a selfie at the awards ceremony.

Williams has been a supportive partner as his Oscar-nominated wife stepped out several times this awards season. However, one of the actor’s biggest supporting moments came when he madea surprise appearance inBarbie, playing Fererra’s on-screen husband.
“We didn’t tell anybody, any of our friends or family,” Ferrera told PEOPLE in January.
“It came about because on my first Zoom with Greta,” the actress revealed, referring toBarbiedirector and co-screenwriterGreta Gerwig. “I was telling her all my favorite parts of the script and all the parts that made me laugh out loud. And I said, ‘Oh my God, I laughed so hard when you cut to the dad doing his Spanish lessons,’ because my husband was literally in the other room doing his Spanish lessons.”

“Right away she was like, ‘Oh my God, does he want to play your husband?’ And I was like, ‘I don’t know, you’ll have to ask him,’ ” Ferrera recalled. “…When it came time, she was like, ‘Remember when I asked you if your husband would play your husband?’ And he said yes.”
“So it was really fun and it did, it made it a family affair and it was great,” the Best Supporting Actress nominee added.
