What we get it on : islate.com was registered to Apple in 2007 , through an intermediary ( to disguise its genuine owner ) . At the second , that domain does n’t seem to lead anywhere — and there are a couple explanations . First , Apple bought it as a protective measure , to contain anyone else from using that “ i ” prefix with that particular countersign . secondly , Apple had or has plan for either a ware or a undertaking by that name . Third , it ’s the pill .
