Speaking of MiTAC , we ’re not certain whether Cingular have it off about this or not , but Just - Talk has MiTAC ’s 8380 Smartphone ( which has never ever been officially useable in the US ) for sales event and are declare oneself a $ 200 rabbet for new service activation with Cingular . There is one major snap though : the users manual for the 8380 is in Chinese .
