Neisen, meanwhile, shared her own post on Instagram celebrating the arrival of little Hazel.
At the time of their split, a joint statement to PEOPLE read: “Over the past few months we’ve come to the conclusion that the best way forward for us as a family is to separate as a couple.”
In the years since their separation, Watts and Schreiber have carved out a strong blended family. Along with Watts’ husband, actorBilly Crudup, and Neisen, the former couple posed for a family photo duringKai’s graduationfrom middle school last year.

Schreiber, Watts, Neisen, 31 and Crudup, 55, were all smiles as they posed with Kai and Sasha.
“Congratulations to Kai ⚡️🎉,” Watts wrote at the time in her caption. “Class of 2022#modernfamily❤️#graduation.”
Watt’s and Schreiber also recentlycelebrated Sasha’s 16th birthday.
On his own Instagram page, Schreiber posted a close-up shot of himself and his son.
“Happy Birthday Handsome!” he wrote.
