The Real Housewives of Orange Countystar Tamra Judge says ex-husband Simon Barney is blocking their daughter Sophia from appearing on the hit Bravo series, despite her best efforts.
On Wednesday, Judge, 51, shared a text exchange with Sophia, 13, in which the teen expressed disappointment in being excluded from a Bravo photo shoot ahead of Season 14.
In the messages, Sophia asks her mom how the shoot went, and Judge replies, “It was okay,” sending a photo featuring husband Eddie Judge, son Ryan Vieth, from a previous relationship, and dog Bronx.
Sophia replies, “Oh Bronx was in it but not me,” along with two angry-faced emojis.
Judge added on top of the image, “Breaks my heart that Sophia feels left out. We’ve begged her dad.”
Reps for Judge and Barney did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Barneyfiled for divorcefrom Judge in January 2010 after nearly 12 years of marriage in a split that quickly turned ugly, as he claimed she cheated on him (which she denied).
The breakup also sparked a custody battle, with Barney attempting in April 2014 togain full custodyof their three children Sophia, Spencer and Sidney, from whom she isestranged.

He claimed in court documents that Judge had been “very neglectful” in caring for their children. His request was ultimately denied, though he did receive custody of Sidney after she chose to live with him full-time.
The reality star said last fall that moving forward, son Spencer would be appearing onRHOC, as he recently turned 18 and is now a legal adult.
His 18th birthday celebration was featured in a November episode that Judge said was “extra special” to her, as he had not been featured on the series since his 7th birthday.
