Lala Kentis marking a milestone in her sobriety journey.
On Sunday, theVanderpump Rulesstar, 33, celebrated five years of being sober with an emotional Instagram post.
Alongside a snap of herself and her daughter Ocean, 2, on a ride at Disneyland, Kent penned, “I’ve been sober for 5 years today. On this day I replay my rock bottom moment. All the details of what happened on this day. Waking up, admitting I was powerless, and for the first time in many years seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so grateful for this day.”
She continued, “I will continue to work hard for my sobriety, & take a moment of silence for the alcoholic who still suffers. I see you — I love you. Thank you, God. Happy birthday to me!”
“SO extremely proud of you! Ocean is very lucky to have a mama like you! 😍,” commented her costarScheana Shay, while her former costarStassi Schroederadded, “The most proud of you in every way.”

One of the pink cakes had been iced with the words, “Give Them 5 Years Sober,” a play on Kent’s phrase, “Give them Lala.”
“Everyone got together @chilis tonight to celebrate this incredible woman! @lalakent you are an inspiration to so many and should be extremely proud!!!” Shay captioned one of her videos from the evening.
CostarKatie Maloneyalso filmed the sweet moment and shouted, “Yay Lala! Happy five years.” “Happy 5 years @lalakent so proud of you!!! 🖤 🖤🖤love you so much,” the 36-year-old wrote alongside the clip on her Instagram Story.

Along with Shay, Maloney and Schroeder, other past and presentVanderpump Rulesstars in attendance at the bash included Shay’s husbandBrock Davies,Brittany Cartwright,Jax Taylorand Logan Noh.
Earlier this month, Kentopened up to PEOPLE about why she stays soberand how she would never want her daughter to see her under the influence.
“Sobriety’s the best gift I’ve ever given to myself, and I can’t allow my daughter to ever see that version of me,” she said.

“I am approaching one day at a time, but I’m approaching five years of sobriety and my daughter’s 2½, so I stay sober obviously for me, because if you stay sober for someone else, that’s just a recipe for relapse.”
She continued, “But to think about the fact that my child is always going to see me in this form and never under the influence, you can’t put a price on that. I am very grateful I found sobriety when I did.”
